This is part of the flooding that is going on out here in nebraska and Iowa. The dam is releasing 160,000 cubic feet of water a second. The normal is 70,000!

This is a picture of me in the summer of 2008...........

This is a picture of me now. I started on a journey of bettering myself in 2009, I was tired of feeling like a blob and fat so I decided to lose weight. with alot of hard work and dedication to date I lost 80 lbs. I have another 10-20 to go for me to feel and look like I want to. 10lbs by the time my wedding comes around in August. To get to were I am right now I counted my calories and started walking. And I continue to do that. If I miss my walking I get cranky lol! So I just wanted to post this somewhere so I can come back to it to keep me at were I am today because I NEVER want to be to the point of the "before" picture ever ever again!!!!! :)

I know robins are a dime a dozen but I couldn't resist taking a picture of this poor fellow trying to stay warm! The seasons are messed up and have the birds confused and the humans!!
